- Dual sourcing : Sourcing the same part from two different manufacturers to mitigate the risk.
- Customized sourcing : Sourcing from client’s preferred manufacturers ( Example: Branded product, Unique product etc..)
Procurement
- Phase in – Phase out : Transition plan for moving from incumbent to New manufacturer.
- Share shift : Percentage of business split between incumbent and new manufacturer.
- Min –Max levels : This helps to switch over the priorities based on demand fluctuation.
Kitting & Sub-Assembly
- As a value addition process; We buy components from different sources and make Sub-Assemblies and deliver them as a kit.
Inventory Management and Warehousing Services
- We offer our best services to optimize In-house Inventory for Better cash flow.
- Vendor Managed Inventory Services ( VMI – case to case basis ).
- We do offer 3rd Party Logistics and Warehouse to provide End-to-End solutions.
Quality Services
- APQP serves: Project review , Different stages of APQP, Product validation
- PPAP services: 3rd party inspection at supplier place for samples/Production, CMM inspection service for critical parts, Material testing for both mechanical and chemical properties.
- NC handling: Root cause analysis , 8D report solutions.
