Agreement Sign off
Sourcing Agreement sign-off brings mutual understanding between the parties and defines next steps of actions.
RFQ and Negotiation
RFQ package created and floated to the potential Approved manufacturers , get in touch with suppliers for clarifications. Once the quotes received as a next step analyze quotes and Negotiate with Selected manufacturers with the help of baseline prices to meet Client’s targets. Analyzation of Quotations based on 5 factors i ,e, unit price, tooling cost, lead time, MOQ and payment terms.
Supplier Selection
Selection of Suppliers based on long term relationship, TCO Model and with supplier audits scores. Supplier selection based on the factors : Engineering capabilities, Spare capacity, QA standards, Financial stability, their past track record on OTD. We also analyze market risks, geography of manufacturer’s location and their reputation in the market.
Manufacturing and Development
Manufacturing feasibility to be made mandatory for every project once the Business Award Decision made. Close monitoring and guidance First Article Development to approval of FAI or PPAP lots. Agreement of Inspection (AOI) will be signed off between client and manufacturer.
Procurement and Logistics
Closely work with Client and Supplier on Phase-in and Phase-out.
